Our clients required more functional internal space for the family.
Loving the current location, our client chose to expand on the current property rather than knock down and rebuild. Our client wanted the design of the exterior to flow between existing structure and new structure so that the house didn’t look like a ‘box’ was simply added on top! The end result needed to be architecturally sound with a modern, fresh and simple look.
We proposed a modern designed first-floor addition to meet the brief. This would require a large internal & external renovation to the existing ground floor. We were able to achieve this by opening up the ground floor by removing some walls and reconfiguring the existing layout. We added new windows for additional light, new external doors and an open plan kitchen.

Every home renovation deserves some stand out features.
In this home renovation, we added new oak-engineered flooring throughout. In addition to this, the stone-cladded piers and Entrance façade really distinguished the home. Stainless steel-capped glass balustrading to stairs with an oak handrail was a further level of sophistication that really complimented the wooden flooring. Finally, the combination of custom and trimdek Colorbond roof sheeting really complimented the colour palette of the home.
