Originally built in the 1920s, our clients were passionate about preserving its Tuscan charm while incorporating recycled and reclaimed materials.

This renovation was all about opening up the rear of the home to maximize views and enhance the kitchen and dining area—all without increasing the footprint. By relocating the main bathroom to a former study, we improved flow while preserving the home’s unique multi-level design.

With its blend of Tuscan charm and villa-inspired design, this home retains its distinctive character, shaped by decades of architectural evolution and thoughtful additions.

Repurposed Vintage Elements: A WWII-era workbench serves as the kitchen island, while a 100-year-old meat safe was transformed into a bathroom vanity.
Sustainable Materials: Recycled bricks, reclaimed timber, and mosaic pool tiles made from recycled glass reinforce the home’s eco-friendly approach.
Enhanced Indoor-Outdoor Connection: A large four-panel sliding door frames the stunning valley views, seamlessly blending the home with its surroundings.
Authentic Tuscan Aesthetic: Limestone pavers, a recycled brick dining room wall, and traditional architectural details maintain the home’s warm, rustic charm.
