When a house is at the end of its life span a home renovation and/or extension can sometimes be a cost effective solution. For our client, the original brief was to excavate under the house to create additional rooms for the home. Alongside this the brief also required us to install a completely new kitchen and to renovate the existing bathroom and ensuite.

We were able to complete this total home extension and renovation in just four months! To bring our clients vision to life, we first began by excavating under the house. This allowed us to make room for a new laundry and bathroom. In addition to this, the newly excavated lower ground floor had space for two spacious bedrooms.
Once the extension phase was complete, we moved into a complete renovation of the kitchen. After the kitchen was completely revamped, we moved onto the existing bathroom and ensuite giving them total makeovers.
This Sutherland Shire home extension and renovation had a few key stand out features. Firstly, the use of Australian hardwood flooring throughout the entire house including the stairs. A second stand out feature would have to be the large aluminium bifold doors to connect the dining, kitchen, and large deck areas together extremely well.
