When Ryan Gardner, Director of ‘Rhino Health & Fitness’ approached us with his vision of transforming a brand new double height factory into a gym we couldn’t help but be impressed. He had worked diligently to create a high performance training centre that would be the envy of any other fitness facility in the area. On the ground floor you will find a large weights area, a variety of machines, a dedicated gym floor, a reception area and all the amenities you would expect. On the newly constructed top floor, there is a spacious cardio room, smaller free weights room and the office. The gym has been designed to provide a well-rounded fitness experience, with plenty of space to move around and train.
