For this brief there were a few key components. Firstly the formal brief required a complete internal renovation and remodel. In conjunction with this the brief also required us to invigorate and replenish the outside of the house back to its original era. The final component of the brief was for us to ensure the new home had a free flowing feel from front to back.

Thanks to the client’s style and vision, this project had plenty of standout features that worked together perfectly. The tapware, joinery and tile selections for the bathrooms are an instant crowd pleaser.
A great use of different materials throughout both the internal and external areas tied in seamlessly with each other. This detail was even down to the custom made cushions on the front seat having the same design and colour as the tessellated Olde English floor tiles used on the porch beneath it.
The key features of this inner city house renovation included;
- Large Master bedroom, walk-in-robe and ensuite.
- Carrara marble hexagon shaped floor tiles to bathroom, ensuite and laundry
- Huge level backyard with sandstone blocks edging the well designed garden
- Sliding stacker door opening onto the spotted gum deck
- Electronic blinds to pergola ceiling to wall in deck area if required
- White picket fence with electronic gate across driveway for vehicle access
