The original brief from our clients required us to renovate the old kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and general living area. Drawing inspiration from Bali, our clients supplied us with a detailed design of what they hoped to accomplish through this renovation.
The renovation was to not only restyle the home, but also to open up the house by giving it a more freer flowing entrance into the entertaining area and deck.
As professional builders, we can clearly visualise our clients design briefs. We were able to complete this home renovation exactly to spec. Firstly, we started by relocating the existing bathroom. This helped to give us the extra space we needed to successfully create a more central living area. Secondly, the bathroom relocation allowed us to expand the kitchen area and install sliding doors that lead out onto the new deck.
We replaced all of the existing plasterboard in these areas. We also added new timber flooring throughout the home to help accomplish the Balinese feel that our clients desired.

The concrete benchtop in the kitchen with a gas fireplace in the end helps to set a relaxed tone as you enter the home.
The black and white print of the Buddha status with clear glass splash-back helps to amplify this tone throughout the kitchen and living space. The bathroom and ensuite have an ambient spacious feel that is elaborated by the white bathtub and the hardwood vanity.
