The brief was to extend the existing house and keep it a single level. This home extension was to help give the family a more freer flowing home. By carefully analysing the available space we were able to deliver an outstanding end result.

We began this home extension by extending both the side and back of the house. This required excavation and concrete fundamental staging. Whilst this took place, we were able to work on the rear extension and start the interior renovation works. As the clients were moved out for the duration of the build, this handed us a prime opportunity to attack the project as a whole and minimise the construction time by approx. 4 weeks.

The deck overlooks the pool to enhance and create a feeling of space as required by the original brief.
