The brief involved a sub-division of the property so that the existing house could be sold. Beyond that, our clients requested that the new home be constructed with a modern look and feel.
This new home build was an exciting job that required some out of the box thinking to maximise the sub-divided property space. Through clear communication with our clients we were able to deliver a modern new home.
At MATTBUILD Group, we take the time to understand architect design briefs. This project had plenty of excavation required. Besides this the new home also required solid retaining walls. However, once the concrete slab was poured the house structure went up in no time at all!
Building new homes requires serious attention to detail. Being rendered brick veneer on the lower levels and the use of Scyon Axon cladding on the upper levels the house has a modern, solid look. Internally the polished concrete floors and free flowing kitchen create a dynamic living space that is homely and stylish.
